Beginning on April 3, 2014, parking at all DART Rail stations will be completely free. At Plano’s Parker Road Station, however, DART will implement a reserved parking program to three of the station's eight parking lots limited to residents of the DART service area who display a valid resident parking permit on their vehicle. There will be no cost to those displaying a permit. Vehicles without a valid permit will be subject to towing at owners’ expense in the reserved parking spaces. See the diagram to find where the Parker Road Station reserved lots are located. To achieve a resident parking permit, please bring proof of residency (in any of DART's service cities) and proof of vehicle ownership to the station Monday through Friday 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. A DART concierge will be able to provide the permit allowing parking in the reserved parking lots at Parker Road Station. (Note: Passengers displaying paid parking permit will not need to apply for a new permit for access to the reserved lots.)
