Chi Omega Christmas Market
This year’s “Glitzmas” themed Chi Omega Christmas Market will transform Centennial Hall in Fair Park into a luxury gift marketplace with 180 handpicked merchants from around the world. To ride to the market, hop on DART’s Green Line to Fair Park Station.

Addison Circle Tree Lighting Ceremony
Join in at Beckert Park in Addison for the beginning of the holiday season with the Annual Addison Circle Tree Lighting Ceremony. The event will be full of holiday fun featuring children’s activities, horse carriage rides, holiday shopping, refreshments, door prizes and a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus. Ride DART from Addison Transit Center, then the ceremony is just a short walk away.

Garland Symphony Orchestra 
Throughout the 2016-17 Season, the Garland Symphony Orchestra presents guest pianist Stephen Beus performing works by Chopin and Beethoven at the Granville Arts Center. Hop on the Blue Line to Downtown Garland Station to get to the performance.

Girls on the Run 5k
The Girls on the Run 5k is a non-competitive community-wide 5k run/walk celebrating the strength and spirit of girls in our community. You can ride DART’s Green Line to MLK , Jr. Station then take a short walk to the race.
