Today is dollar day at the Dallas Zoo. That means visitors can enjoy $1 admission and dollar deals from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dallas Zoo officials are expecting large crowds and are advising visitors to take DART’s Red Line straight to the Dallas Zoo Station.

The best way to purchase your DART pass is on the free GoPass app, available from the App Store or the Google Play store. With GoPass, you can buy your DART pass, access travel tools and rider alerts, and look up events and offers. Learn more at DART.org/GoPass.

Special deals at the zoo today include:
• $1 admission (free for 2 and under and Zoo members)
• $1 selected snack items
• $1 nectar to feed the lorikeets
• $2 Endangered Species Carousel
• $5 giraffe feedings
• $8 parking (limited)

If you’re a Pokémon fan, you’ll be happy to know there are more than 30 Pokéstops across Zoo grounds! If you’re going to hunt for Pokémon while you are there, zoo officials offer some safety suggestions and quick tips. Click here to learn more.
