Now Playing at a Theatre Near DART

Plaza TheatrePass on the popcorn and previews, and be there at opening curtain for the following theatrical performances that are totally DARTable.

Dreamgirls is showing at the Wyly Theatre until July 24. Set in the Motown era that brought us powerhouse voices like Aretha Franklin, Diana Ross – and ultimately Destiny’s Child and Beyoncé – Dreamgirls explodes from the stage with legendary songs and timeless appeal. Take DART Red, Blue, Green or Orange Line to the Pearl/Arts District Station.

It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Murder! is playing July 21-31 at the DARTable Eisemann Center for Performing Arts. Presented in Living Black & White™, which, through the use of trade-secret makeup, special lighting, meticulous costuming and set creation, combined with stylized acting, creates the illusion that the audience is watching – not just a play – but a 1930s-40s black-and-white movie brought to life on stage!

Peter Pan to the rescue! Join Wendy, Michael, John and the Lost Boys in Neverland for CORP’s on-stage production of Disney’s Peter Pan, Jr. July 30-31 at the DARTable Plaza Theatre in Downtown Garland. Take the Blue Line to Downtown Garland Station.
