The Garland Civic Theatre is presenting the spectacular musical biography of legendary singer-songwriter Hank Williams April 14-May 7 at the Granville Arts Center. This DARTable gem is steps away from Downtown Garland Station on the Blue Line.
Named for long-time director Patty Granville, the Granville Arts Center is the heart of Garland’s cultural life. The venue hosts dozens of events each year including musicals, plays, concerts, dances, arts shows, speakers, car shows, and free movies.
The “Hank Williams: Lost Highway” production follows Williams from his beginnings on the Louisiana Hayride, to his triumphs at the Grand Ole Opry, and eventually to his self-destruction.
