Rider Insider: Find fun activities this weekend in Dallas-Fort Worth

• Ride the DART Rail Green Line to Deep Ellum Station Friday for Apollo’s Flight, the live multi-media show, featuring an electronic spectacle of light, music and dance, at the Latino Cultural Center, 2600 Live Oak Street. Apollo’s Flight is a concept that will blend original electronic music by key composer, Mr. Marek Eneti, Jonathan Jones, Radu Cernat, and Francine Thirteen, magnificent media projection by Joao Beira, electronic progressive live instrumentation by all the composers, contemporary dance presented by Contemporary Ballet Dallas, vivid costume design by Jesse Thaxton, and spacey film footage. • Ride the DART Rail Green Line to Fair Park Station and MLK, Jr. Station Saturday for the Hot Chocolate 15/5K Run. Enjoy a beautiful run through Dallas’ most scenic spots, then celebrate your victory with fellow chocolatiers at the most scrumptious post-race party in the nation complete with Kid Zone, live DJ, and much more! Recommended race day arrival time for the 15k and 5k is 6:00 a.m. in Fair Park. The Hot Chocolate Expo takes place in the Automobile Building on Thursday, Feb. 4 from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. and Friday, Feb. 5 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Information: www.hotchocolate15k.com/dallas.
