Consultancy group gravitytank has teamed up with San Francisco-based clothing manufacturer Betabrand to develop and sell a jacket that helps transit riders fight the spread of disease.
The jacket, called the Germinator, includes antimicrobial fabric that helps the wearer fight the germs that linger around public transportation trains and buses. It also has convenient external pockets for transit passes and electronics and a hood that can cinch around the head.
