Help us help you – Take a survey about DART customer communications

DART offers a free electronic subscription service that allows visitors to receive automatic email or text message notifications when service could be affected for any number of reasons including scheduled detours, accidents causing delays and more.

In an effort to better serve our customers, we’re asking riders to take a short, nine-question survey that will help us evaluate our customer communication practices.

Click here to take the survey and let us know how we’re doing. Thank you for your continued support.

DART is by far the WORST public transportation system I have ever been on. Continually late or no show buses with rude drivers and a customer service that routinely hangs up on you. Only getting worse, they obviously do not care about its riders. Do not ride DART and I will discourage as many people as I can to not ride.
