The North Texas region has evolved, and DART has too – to better meet customer needs! DART riders will have a faster, easier commute with an array of bus service improvements that begin Aug. 12. More than half of DART’s bus routes will be adjusted to get you to your destination quicker and easier.

You will see routes that are straighter, more direct and easier to understand, which will improve connections to other bus and train services. You’ll have expanded service hours on weekdays and weekends for some routes and better on-time arrivals with new adjusted schedules. Revised Express Bus routes through the Uptown, Downtown and Cedars districts will increase schedule reliability for both your inbound and outbound trips.

DART also is adding 41 new buses to help implement the improved schedules and increased frequency. These vehicles will have USB chargers at every vinyl-covered seat.
