Learn to Change the World Through the Food You Eat at EarthxTaste

When deciding on what to eat, we may consider things like calories, nutritional value and flavor. But how often do we think about the environmental impact of our food choices? How can we as individuals help promote a more sustainable food system for the world?

Join local chefs at EarthxTaste April 26-28 as they share their efforts toward a better world. You also can enjoy food, beer and wine tastings with local and artisanal food available for purchase.

EarthX takes place at Fair Park in Dallas. The event features three days of exhibitions, a film festival, music, entertainment, learning experiences, discussions, forums and conferences. The three-day event brings together concerned environmental citizens, educators, businesses, nonprofit organizations, and thought leaders to spur conversations on how we call can play a part in creating solutions for a sustainable future.

“Water for All” is this year’s Expo theme. To attend Earthx2019, ride DART’s Green Line to Fair Park Station and the entrance gates to Fair Park lie steps away.

For more information about EarthX, visit earthx.org. And, to learn more about riding DART to the activities, use your GoPass® app, visit DART.org or call DART Customer Service at 214-979-1111.

DART is making major improvements. To create a smoother ride through downtown Dallas and reduce service interruptions, track improvements and rail replacement began March 30 and will last for roughly six months. During that time, DART Rail in downtown Dallas will be discontinued each weekend between Pearl/Arts District Station and West End Station. Separate shuttle routes will be in operation. Thanks for bearing with us as we build a better future for North Texas. DART.org/plus.
