The Hot Chocolate Expo is free and open to the public, featuring the hottest in running technologies, health and nutrition information, and fitness apparel. The two-day Expo runs Feb. 1 from 2-7 p.m. and Feb. 2 from 11 a.m – 6 p.m.

On race day, the 5k race begins at 7:30 a.m. and the 15k race begins at 8:15 a.m.

After the races, head over to a Post-Race Party and enjoy music, a family friendly kid-zone, with bounce houses and games, and a finisher’s mugs filled with hot chocolate, chocolate fondue and other tasty treats.

From its inception in 2008, the Hot Chocolate run has grown to include more than 200,000 participants, and claims its title as the fastest growing race series in the nation. For more information about the Dallas event, visit: hotchocolate15k.com/dallas/
