Mayor: “The secret is out” on Plano growth

Plano Mayor Harry LaRosiliere told Plano Star Courier readers that one of the most pressing challenges facing both the business community and Plano as a whole is transportation.

Even though the city has allotted $125 million to transportation infrastructure in the past two years, LaRosiliere believes the true answer to the problem involves greater participation in DART – something that requires greater participation from the rest of Collin County.
