Riding DART is convenient and economical, and a broad suite of travel tools makes it even easier.

Online trip-planning, rider alerts, route maps and schedules have been the cornerstone features of the flagship website, DART.org, since it launched 1997.

The free GoPassSM mobile app is one of the latest offerings. The app was created in partnership with the Fort Worth Transportation Authority and the Denton County Transportation Authority. GoPass allows customers to purchase passes on their phone, read rider alerts, access travel tools, and connect to first-mile/last-mile services Zipcar, Uber and Lyft.

Customers and social media followers also stay informed through Facebook (Facebook.com/DARTDallas) and Twitter (@dartmedia), and by reading the blog, DART Daily. On DART.org, customers can sign up for My DART Updates, a free subscription service powered by GovDelivery, to receive news and service notifications by email or text.

And amid all this technology, the agency will always offer customers to opportunity to speak with a live representative by calling DART Customer Service at 214-979-1111.
