Yes, unfortunately some of the tools available to passengers for trip planning and real-time transit data are currently unavailable due to technical issues.
DART’s trip planner is not available, but you can use Google Maps or call our customer service line at 214-979-1111 to plan trips on DART. The 41411 SMS text service, Where’s My Bus? and Where’s My Train? programs are unable to provide real-time estimated times but will continue to provide scheduled times. Rail station message boards are also unable to provide estimated arrival times.
