Ride the DART Rail Blue Line to Downtown Garland Station for Garland Civic Theatre's production of Agatha Christie's Appointment With Death. Kyle McClaran has directed "Appointment With Death" which is based on the novel of the same name and adapted by Agatha Christie herself. Performances are at the Granville Arts Center, 300 N. Fifth St. Information: www.garlandcivictheatre.org.   Ride the DART Rail Red Line or Blue Line to Union Station Saturday morning for the Dallas Heart Walk. The three-mile non-competitive event that promotes exercise, raises awareness of heart disease and stroke, and supports the research of the American Heart Association. The Dallas Heart Walk event will be held on September 13th at 9:00 a.m. at the Base of Reunion Tower (300 Reunion Blvd. East). The Heart Walk starts at the base of Reunion Tower and goes through downtown Dallas, ending back at the base of Reunion Tower. Registration is free and all participants raising at least $100 get a t-shirt. Information: www.heartwalk.kintera.org/dallastx
  • Note: In addition to scheduled Saturday service, three additional Red Line trains will operate from Parker Road Station. Departure times are 6:13 a.m., 6:43 a.m. and 7:13 a.m. from Parker Road Station. Arrival times at Union Station are 6:58 a.m., 7:28 a.m. and 7:58 a.m. These three trains will stop at all Red Line stations between Parker Road and Cedars stations.
